Provided service 4 times. First time mowing yard was "adequate". Missed areas under trees using large commercial mower. Second time mowing he "ran out of time" and did not blow or trim. No apology and no discount. Last time he mowed he did not trim or blow. Said he was "distracted" due to burning his leg on the mower. Once again no apology or offer to come back and complete job.

Two nice young men showed up and cut the grass, edged all around, including the beds, blew off the debris from grass, driveway, porch and carport. They cut the grass at the highest setting, as I requested, something other grass cutters had failed to do. They even whacked the weeds sticking up through the mulch in the flower beds.

THE WORK WAS NICELY DONE. HE IS HARDWORKING. HE PERSONALLY COMES HIMSELF AND DOES IT WITH HIS ASSISTANTS. HE WARRANTIES HIS WORK, AND HE COMES BACK IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. IT IS A VERY SMALL COMPANY.
