I chose them because of the price. The washer was under warranty and it did not cost me anything to get it fixed. The washing machine was making a noise when it was in spin cycle. I had taken a digital video of the problem and played it for the person who came to repair. He ran the cycle with nothing in the washer and there was no noise. I put a couple of towels in and it made the same racket that I had been experiencing. They ordered replacement parts since it was under warranty. It took an unreasonable amount of time to fix an appointment with the repair person. The difficulty I had was that I kept getting passed from one phone number to another. There is a grey area as to who is responsible when it comes to manufacturer's warranty. I had to call four different people where I had to hold for 45 minutes and then I was disconnected. A couple of days later I went by the store and spoke to the customer service rep. It still took them 30 minutes for them to deal with their own people. It would have been better if they could have solved the issues quickly but they did not. They are supposed to call me back when the parts arrive.

They were pretty decent.

I highly recommend this place for buying either large or small appliances. They are wonderful to work with. They are helpful and outgoing. They offer real competitive pricing and they are just good at what they do. They will always answer your questions and they really take care of you as a customer too.

It started out quite well with friendly service and decent prices. When they delivered the first 2 items I realized that the dishwasher I ordered was not the one delivered. I sent it back and called my salesperson. She had put in the wrong last digit. I had ordered the stainless steel model which was more expensive than what she put in the order. I agreed to pay an extra $30. A few days later they delivered another dishwasher. This time it was stainless but it was a different model number. I called the store and was told that this replaced the model I had ordered. I accepted delivery but then went online to find out that I had been lied to and this was just a cheaper version with one less feature. My wife decided it was a feature we did not need and I agreed to keep it, but I wanted my $30 back. They promised it would be credited to my card. I then got a credit for $15.90. I called and was apologized to and said it would be corrected. It never has been.
