As a direct result of their shoddy work we developed a slow leak that caused mold damage in our home. The very rude woman on the phone said "well it's taken you a year to call about a leak?" The answer is yes, because we didn't see a problem until the mold began forming. They were unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation so I'd highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

They responded very quickly to our phone call and the guy that was sent out was very nice and personable. We did didn't have to pay anything because our home warranty took care of it for us.

The job was all wrong; the toilet was not put on properly. When I had another company come to do other work, they fixed the toilet for me and they found that the flange was all smashed in the middle of the drain and was not put on right. They also said that my entire driveway needed to be broken up to do all kinds of work that was not necessary. They wanted to charge me 5000 dollars to do all this work. It turned out the pipes didn't really need to be replaced, so they were not very knowledgeable. I would not ever use them again.
