The problem turned out to be that the old laptop was toast and should not be repaired. It would cost less to purchase a new one, so that is what I did. They were very professional and timely with the analysis. I will use them again.

All of our problems were fixed in a timely manner. After he was finished, the service man asked if there was anything else we would like him to do, and we thought of some more things. He fixed them all.
