Phenomenal job by Derrick and his team! The first task was the removal and installation of my downstairs AC unit and furnace. Extremely efficient, I was able to work from home while the install was taking place. The gentlemen were in and out seamlessly. The next task was the removal of my old fence and install of a new fence. Another smooth install. Derrick and squad pulled up to the house and flat out got the job done!!! What impressed me the most was the fence was built. Derrick did not install fence panels…. He put the fence together piece by piece. Blow Heating and Air, is the company you call on when you want things done efficiently and correctly. Thanks guys, the Adams family appreciates your time and efforts.

Services were great and saved me when the system died and he got everything working quickly and kept the house from freezing. Wonderful company and employees. I would definitely recommend them.

All this in one service call : Not good, because my wife and I was totally displeased with the service I was told that I didn't need any freon and I only needed a fan motor, the motor was replaced and the fan blade was damaged in the process of replacing the motor and they had to come back out the next day with a new fan blade and it was install on the AC unit still not working I called for them to come back out and they came back out that evening to check the unit out again and the compressor was not working it had not been from the beginning but if it was checked out properly the first time I wouldn't have had to purchase a fan motor, it was a total waste of my time and my money so now I'm shopping for a whole new system for our home and I have request for a refund.

I was stood up twice. Horrible customer service. The first time they didn’t show, I had to call and inquire why. The receptionist stated someone should of called and she apologized. We set a date two days ahead and still no show. Then on yesterday they had nerve to call to schedule again!!! No THANKS

Derrick and his teammate were awesome. I have had two furnace replaced by this company and the quality, service, and price was unbeatable. Crew has been very prompt to follow-up, follow-thru, show-up and perform on-time. Absolutely pleased with the service and will definitely seeking this company for future assistance.

Let me start by saying Derek knows his stuff. I'm rehabbing an old house with old everything and I've had to call Derek a few times for various HVAC issues and he has been timely, efficient and professional each time. He's also just a genuinely nice guy. I recommend him to friends and family every chance I get.

I cannot say enough good things about Derek and his team. I submitted a request on Angie's List and he was the first person to call me. He came out, same day, and immediately installed a new thermostat while giving me great advice about the cost vs. benefit of repairing my old unit (had a leak) or getting a new one. Later that day, he provided a really affordable quote (more than $1500 cheaper than competitors) to replace my entire AC, coil and furnace. Not only that, when my travel plans prevented us from scheduling an appointment later in the week, he rearranged his schedule so he could come out the next day and complete the new installation. Derek and his team wore foot coverings and masks so I felt completely safe given covid and it helped keep my place as clean as possible. They were super kind and respectful. They worked for 7 hours due to some logistical issues in my home and ended up breaking down my old unit entirely. He disposed of everything, even a few random pipes I had laying around. He took the time to show me a few things about my new system and give me tips to keep it functioning well. I was excited to find out that HVAC is only one of the things that Blow specializes in. They don't try to sell you on what you don't need. They were considerate of my house, time and they were affordable. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed of when they were coming or any changes from what we had discussed. They were very professional and polite. Everything went well! I made a last minute call for a same-day appointment. I thought it was going to be a consultation and he would come back the next day to fix but to my surprise he told me what was wrong and advised he could fix it now if I would like to proceed. Long story short, my heat was working before he left. He's very professional and through.
