BIO-VAC LLC SEPTIC PUMPING

I was upset that the company never acknowledged my call or my fax. They still have not called about this and it has been several weeks. I thought they were very unprofessional. I will end up using someone else to get this job done.

Great. Was prompt, courteous, friendly. Arrived promptly; worked to pump out septic tank; then installed an access pipe for future access; filled hole with grass back on top (looked pretty good considering); worked until approx 9 pm that evening to finish all work; looked at other potential plumbing projects.

Adam initially was very professional. He spent a lot of time explaining the unusual system that was originally installed for this house more than 40 years ago. He was clearly very knowledgeable and I had every confidence that he could effectively fix this problem. He returned to pump out the septic tank, remove the commercial grade pump and install the inner workings of our 3 toilets, one of which is not working properly now. I paid him $500 for the work performed thus far. I specifically asked him to return on June 4th, 2 days after our return from a lengthy vacation. He didn't show up. I had to call him to reschedule. He called me instead of appearing on the afternoon he was scheduled to return, telling me that he had found a reconditioned pump for $400 on-line, needed additional information from the pump label and could receive and install it in 2 days. That was the last time I spoke with him. He failed to show up, and he hasn't returned phone calls.

I had to contact Adam a second time to schedule an appointment because he missed the first one we scheduled. Adam was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the work we needed. He gave us a rough estimate and then sent us a written proposal a few days later. He told us he would go ahead and get the permit and he should have it in about a week. I called to see if he had the permit and he did not, he stated he had to re-apply for it and it should be another week. When that week past I called again to get an update, but he was not answering his phone or replying to his e-mails. We have been waiting to start the job for the last three weeks and it has not happened. We can only assume that he is not interested in doing the job.
