They are very accommodating with kind what is in the budget and Suzan was good. The bad was that the cost of the accommodating part and she wasn't very creative. The bad would be that it has potentials to impact the scope of the project in the timeline. She is somebody that would be worth evaluating to look at all of the staff work.

I found Brent Campbell and his partner Jose Garcia on Angie's List. They responded within 24 hours of my message, we set a meeting date and time and they came and provided me an estimate within 24 hours of that meeting. I agreed upon the price and day for the work. They arrived exactly on time, began work immediately. I was very concerned that the shutters be hung evenly...having walked around my neighborhood for months I had 'become an expert' on how shutters looked the best. I even email Brent asking some question and he quickly responded. Brent called me outside to look at what they were doing thoughout the shutter project, checking to see if I felt the shutters looked good and that the spacing from the top of the windows were what i liked. He and Jose also made a very good recommendation for me (contact my vendor to get some extra screws that match the shutters should I need to redo a shutter or two in the future) etc. They then began on the back corner fence repair.
They were in/out in less than 4 hours, cleaned up and left the job area clear of all debris. I was so satisfied I asked them to step inside my home and provide me a quote for another job.
I have their business cards and will be sharing with my neighbors.

No problems or delays. Provided and full and detailed estimate and detailed invoices as we ant along. Even watered plants for us while we were away!

They did a real good job. They were very meticulous about it. They had to pull up wet soggy carpet. They were very quick and neat about it. It thought their price was very good. They cleaned up their mess and my mess and took it all away. They were very quick to come out and help me in the hour of need.

Brent came back after my original contractor was a no show again. Gave me a competitive quote and promised to do the work the next day. Came back the next day bright and early. He was on time and got right to work. Was finished in four hours. I was thoroughly impressed of he professional he was. And he is probably the most reliable contractors I've ever encountered since I've own my home. Will be using he services again to install some cabinets. I currently live in a different state that my rental property. My new tenants had requested some cosmetic fixes to the house. Knowing this beautiful home renovations, took pictures off all the problem areas and the work in progress as well as the end result. They let me know when additional fixes we're needed and let me choose to make them, rather than just doing them and sending a bill. They were very responsive and didn't mind communicating via email. They were great!!

Overall I would highly recommend his services, he seems to highly skilled craftsman but doesn't mind doing the handyman stuff as well. Again doing this out of state can be tricky, but Brent went above and beyond to help communicate issues and was very responsive. He even sent digital photos of the issues, work and progress to get my input. (WOW!) He also completed the job on-time within a short timeframe. I can't thank Brent and his team enough, will definitely be using you in the future and I suggest other Angie's do the same!

I have used his services for a long time. He has many different skills, but they do focus on interior design and remodeling. He takes pride in his work. He gets right to work and does not waste time.
