.I am changing my review from an A to F. 

The team including Mr. Beasley were punctual and completed the job on time. But once the job was done they did not respond to my calls. There were a few code conflicts that needed to be resolved after the inspection. We had agreed ahead of time that code conflicts would be resolved to my/county's satisfaction. I have not heard back from them since. It is actually suprising to me that a team that was so very professional to begin with has taken a U on customer service.

He answered his phone while he was on another job. He and another plumber came back on a Sunday to do the work.  He put a 10 year warranty on the invoice.  When I needed him to come back to do some other work for my shower fixtures because they were leaking, he said he was busy and would call back.  I never heard from anyone.  I left him a voice mail and instead of him calling me back, he had the other plumber call me that worked with him on Sunday.  This other plumber came out to my house after I had to call multiple times.  When he came out he let me know that he doesn't even work for Beasley Plumbing, that he works for himself.  Mr. Beasley said that he had some people who work for him and that's who he sent.  I didn't know that he worked separately, so I couldn't make the check out to Beasley Plumbing.  I decided then that I would have to work with another company in the future.  I felt like Mr. Beasley was too busy to do the work for me and I would have preferred if he just told me that up front.

Exceptionally professional, with a positive attitude. 

Definitely plan to use again in the future if need arises.
