I know Bank of America is large but it is where we do all of our banking to be quite honest. They are wonderful to us and really the only place we will use. We have a particular guy we like to deal with there. They always provide us with great services for both our mortgage and our banking needs.

If I had not happily just paid off my mortgage, I would probably still be using Bank of America to date. They were good to me. I liked their professionalism and their good attitude. They never gave me any problems at all and I thought they were just an all around good company to deal with.
