A neighbor was having tree work done, and I asked for his contact.  He met with me and had a quote for me on site.  He was very professional and we want over all that needed to be done and gave me expert insight on what was needed to be done, and how they would do it.  I felt the quote was extremely fair and went ahead with it.  They were able to start the next day.  They showed up on time and had everything done in one day.  Very amazing considering how much they had to do.  They left my property very clean when they left and did everything that they said.  Craig was running the grinder as is crew took town the trees.  It was very nice to see the owner out there working with his crew.  It is obvious he takes pride in his work, and his crew.  I will be using him for all my tree work from now on.  They are a very professional company and Craig is definitely an expert in his business.

Craig sent a large crew. The job went quickly. The crew was careful and professional and clean up was excellent.

Everything went great. They were really nice and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

I have had Craig out 3-4 times for $300 jobs up to $5000. I wouldn't call anyone else (except to compare prices and he always is at or below the others).

Excellent. We used them before on a large $5,000 job and we had an accident and he stood by his work, filed an insurance claim and made sure that the repairs were done right and that the insurance paid before we made final payment to him. His company is very honest. This time, I called him and the tree was down the same day! He came back to grind the stump later that week. I highly recommend Craig Ballard.

The job was difficult. Very big tree, right beside my house. Couldn't get a crane to the site. Craig and his crew did it with a climber and "piece by piece" lowering. Their cost was the same as quoted. Their quote was hundreds less than competitors. They had easily verifiable liability and workers comp insurance. The job had a complication. A section of trunk broke my deck and damaged a window frame. Craig was right on top of it. He finished the job, allowed me to get two estimates for repair, and he waited on invoicing for his job. He filed a claim on his insurance for the repair. All the repair work was done and paid for and Craig and I settled our balance due. A real stand-up company! I would definitely hire them again!
