The job they did was great and the price was quite reasonable. They did far more than the timing correction I brought it in for. They also took care to wrap the machine in plastic to avoid any oil dripping out and staining my car. Machine is running so much smoother now. Very happy.
My only complaint us that they never called me to tell my the machine was ready to pick up. called once for a status update, was told by the person that she would check and call me back. She never called. I called again a few days later and was told it was ready for pickup. I didn't like the lack of communication. But it was a small issue and I still strongly recommend this shop.

.I have since taken in my Mother's machines and they did a fine job on those also. I will continue to use their service in the future.

He fixed my machine and tuned it up very efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased with Atlanta Sewing Machine Co's responsiveness and service. I highly recommend them!

My machine wouldn't hold a bobbin or perform any of the fancy stitches that it is set up to do. All the controls were really stiff to turn. The repair consisted of ordering a new mechanism and practically rebuilding it. Big job with a 60 day guarantee. This is a vintage machine and now it is returned to it's original working order. THANKS!

I have over the last 40 years been fairly successful in oiling my own machine and doing simple repairs, but this time it was way out of my league. I had taken the machine to a place in Kennesaw and all they wanted to do was sell me another expensive machine and said there were no parts available to repair mine.
This place is amazing. They fixed the machine in a few days, and when I had an additional problem, they took the time to gently walk me through the problem with patience and commitment to good customer service. They cater to people who want good machines in good repair, and they were able to get my machine running in better condition than it ever has been. They also have many reconditioned machines of all ages and abilities. I think they sell new machines and vacuum cleaners, too, but the big part of their business is repairs.

The price is kind of high. They finish the job within days. I would use them again in the future.
