Carpet Cleaning
Well I got what I paid for. By the way, "Steam Clean" means no soap. Shampoo is extra! and up'd the price by 50% for two "soiled" areas. Anyway that's not the worst. I expected an "up-sell" at that price. The problem was some ya-hoo with sub-standard equipment showed up late and didn't extract the water properly. The carpet was literally soaking wet that evening. When it dried, there were white powdery streaks which I assume is carpet deodorizer powder that I sprinkled on a few days earlier. Trust me, a poorly extracted carpet shampoo job is NOT worth a cheap price or the hassle. No wonder he was available at a moment's notice!
