I had the exact same experience as the first reviewer. When he finally got there he started talking on the phone in some language I couldn't recognize and was on the phone the whole time. He left the carpets sopping wet, and they took about a week to dry. He also cleaned my couches, leaving them so wet we couldn't sit on them for 3 days. Everything now smells like mold. While cleaning the couches, he was very careless and left huge gouges in my hardwood floors. On top of that, what was supposed to be $99 ended up being over $200. I will never use this company again. They were absolutely terrible.
