DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!! This agent cost me nearly $40,000. He is a completely unethical agent, who Atlanta Communities told me they were going to fire. He is the most narcissistic and unprofessional person I have ever met. He pressured me into accepting an offer from people who had to sell 2 homes in order to qualify for the purchase of my home. Then HE listed both of their homes and basically ended up representing them, to the point that he bullied me into moving out of my home of 20 years so that they could move in BEFORE they purchased it....and THEN THEY ENDED UP NOT BEING ABLE TO SELL ONE OF THEIR HOMES AND THEY MOVED OUT OF MY HOME WITHOUT PURCHASING IT. Do not EVER work with this company OR this agent in particular. The horror of this incident is nearly unbelievable. And this company has offered practically no help and has accepted basically no responsibility.

I have referred several other people to her, and they have been very happy.  Generally, she is very helpful and very knowledgeable.  She does a good job of listening to what her clients want, and looks very hard to make a good match.  She let people out of deals and not charges them by helping find another house if they like.  If someone bought their own house, so week later they had buyer’s remorse, and she would help them find another deal without charging a commission.  She is very committed to do right things.  She does really small houses too.  It ranges from $50000 to $10 million.  She is committed in listening and helping her clients find the best fit for them and their needs.  She is very patient.  She works very hard.  She is always available.  She is always very active marketer when sells a house.
