We wanted to fill in our in ground pool, which was in very bad shape, before putting our house on the market. Mark Nix and his crew used a Bobcat to break up the concrete and pull out the liner. Then they had some truck loads of dirt delivered, and began to put in a layer of dirt and then a layer of the broken concrete until the pool area was level with the surrounding ground. The crew then scattered straw over the area and then did a very good job of cleaning up the debris, and the driveway and street. Mark is a very professional person, honest, straightforward and very easy to work with, and we would hire him again if the need ever arises. I highly recommend Atlanta Bobcat for anyone who is looking to have work done on their property.

When we moved into our home in October 2011, the back yard had such a steep incline that we could hardly walk across it. As I said above, we had Mark remove some trees, build a retaining wall, level the yard and plant grass. He did most of the work himself but what he couldn't do, he contracted out. Not only are we extremely happy with the work Mark did, but several of our neighbors were so impressed that they hired Mark to do some work on their yards as well. By summer's end, he had worked on four or five houses on our street alone. Mark is honest, straightforward and very easy to work with, and we would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Atlanta Bobcat for anyone who is looking to have work done on their property.

This was for erosion control. Two days after they laid all of the sod, we had a lot of rain. It washed about half the sod down the hill. They were prompt in fixing that and pinned the sod this time. They then built a sod burm and added 3 rows of straw bales to help. Then they wanted to charge an additional $700 to remove the bales and replace it with sod, when sod had originally been laid there anyways.
