I contacted this company on December 11th for appliance repair. At first, everything went okay. The contractor, David stated that the power board was the issue and gave me a deal for $335 instead of $400, raising the service fee from $25 to $65. The part was ordered and would arrive in 10 days (December 21st), but I never heard back. On January 2, I called David to follow up. He didn't remember me and was extremely rude, yelling and insisting that he had never spoken to me before. He had never ordered the part and said I never asked him to, but I had voicemails to prove otherwise. After, the call I decided that I did not feel comfortable welcoming David back in my home. I called another company. They discovered that David stole my power board without my knowledge preventing them from doing a diagnostic test. He also left the dishwasher unassembled, making it difficult for anybody to know how to fix it. After installing a new power board, we discovered that the power board wasn't the issue at all. David had misdiagnosed the issue, stole my part, and then tried to act like he didn't know me. Another company installed two parts for me at a lower price than David was charging for the one. Manager wouldn't return calls to discuss why the part was taken or David's extremely rude demeaner. The stolen part was eventually returned to my door, but the $65 was never returned. This company is a nightmare; avoid at all costs.

AAR went above & beyond to get my washer repaired. The part needed is no longer made, but they had a source who had the part. It was installed the next day. This saved us hundreds of dollars because my washer/dryer is a stacked unit, so I would have had to replace both if the washer could not be repaired. The Angie's List $25 coupon also saved us money.

Was very pleased with work. Technician was on time, very personable, and very knowledgeable. Price was fair and I feel he went beyond what he needed to do
