It was horrible!  I worked for the federal government and have move almost 20 times and this is the worst I have ever seen!  See details above.  Do not let these people anywhere near your furniture.  The younger worker was named "SLIM".  This went so bably the older mover voluntarily called his boss after dropping the second piece of furniture.  They discounted the move by 30% but it will cost thousands to repair or replace my furniture.  I have no clue what to do about the half finished shower that they broke the tiles for.  I have looked all over and have had no luck locating more of the tiles.

I should have canceled when I saw other bad reviews but it was already booked. I called repeatedly to confirm, finally hearing back after several messages. Moving literaly 1.5 miles, I had taken all but 3 boxes to the new home myself. What they had left was the furniture including: Queen bed with mattress, dresser, desk and office chair, couch, coffee table, small kitchen table and 2 chairs. They showed up late. For some reason it took them close to 4 hours to handle this move. The only reason it didn't drag out longer was because I freaked out at one point and summoned my boyfriend to help me when I realized they had piled my mattress in the upstairs hallway then stacking funiture in the hall behind it. The utter shock I had when I saw the back to the truck open to see all my things stacked inside like a poorly played game to Tetris with absolutely no wrapping, padding, or protection. And the outright glacial pace at which they moved made it beyond transparent that they are there to rack up the hourly rates.  I can no urge you enough to hire someone else - this a travesty, start to finish!

I didn't want to even take the chance to see how it would go....CANCELLED!
