Associated Air, LLC has been my primary point-of-contact for all home HVAC issues. The response time is great, diagnosis & repair of the issue is spot-on, repair work is excellent, and repair cost is fair and reasonable (Mr. Johnson takes the time to explain the cost and suggests that you do your own research to confirm). I’ve referred Associated Air, LLC to all friends, family, and colleagues. No doubt would definitely contract this Pro again.

Norman replaced the control board on my AC unit and added R-22 freon. He also recommended that I consider replacing my old system, which is twenty-three years old, with a new one soon. He is very knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the near future.

I wanted my Nest thermostat installed after a fuse blew when trying to install it. He did not put it on because he said they were not compatible with heat pump systems, but I still wanted it put on.

Norman was extremely helpful and courteous. Candidly he had an opportunity to take a lot of money out of my pocket, but didn't. We had moved the location of our thermostat ourselves, but upon reconnecting it weren't able to get the system up and running again. No heat. No fan. Which, was becoming more and more of an issue as it's been getting cooler. Norman called back on my request, on a Sunday no less, and offered a few ideas on how to troubleshoot the issue. And, lo and behold, his suggestion got us up and running. So, again. It was a Sunday, so I assumed I'd be paying a premium for a service call on a Sunday. I know nothing about HVAC systems, so someone could have told me anything and I likely would have believed them I was fearful of an escalated expense. But, this transaction cost me nothing. It saved me time and money. Basically, Norman took the time to call us on a Sunday and offered us free and very well informed consulting. If we ever have an issue with our HVAC system again, this company is the first company I'm reaching for. They've proved to be honest above all else which has absolutely earned my business going forward.
