It was two guys in my house for less than three house. They did not get rid of all the bed bugs. They charge too much money, it's very expensive and the treatment did not work the first time. Thank goodness it was in the 30 day window or I would have had to pay again. After they came again we took the bed outside and removed the fabric lining so they wouldn't come back. They are always quick to respond when they want to take your credit card for $3400. Their behavior was fine but they just charged too much and it didn't work.

First of all the tech's that show up to do the work are great. My Pest Control guy does an excellent job quarterly for me. He always shows up at the time he and I agree upon. Then I had a flea infestation. A different person came to spray my house. The next day the fleas were back and even with my daily vacuuming I was having 20-30 fleas a day jump on me. Trust me, it was 20-30 fleas because I was walking through my house with white and beige socks and pants on with a cup of soapy water to pick the fleas off of my legs and kill them in the soapy water. So I was keeping a count. Called the office and spoke with Megan 4 TIMES to tell them it wasn't working with them repeatedly telling me I had to give it two weeks. Then Louis my regular pest control guy came out to do the scheduled 2nd treatment and somehow they are gone after that spray. I don't know what the first Tech sprayed but it wasn't anything to kill fleas and the office did nothing to correct that issue.
Then I had to have WildLife Home Inspection, house sealed with traps being checked. Three different people all of which were very professional and through. The HUGE PROBLEM IS WITH THE OFFICE. I'm told one scheduled time and the techs are told a different time which makes it impossible to be at the house to let them do their job. In the past week and half I have had the person who was supposed to be here at "8:00 sharp" arrive at 9:15. Then house sealing crew was to arrive between 1:00 - 2:00 with them pulling into my driveway at 9:00am. Being that I couldn't leave work until my scheduled time off to let them in I was told by Calvin the manager of the WildLife division they would be back at my house 1pm to let them in to set the traps. They were told to come back at 5pm. And today my traps are supposed to be checked at 5pm with the tech showing up for the 2nd time at 3:30.
Have spoken to 3 different (Calvin, Kalie and someone else) Managers about all the issues multiple times and yet the Techs keep being told the wrong scheduled time.

Arrow has come to my house multiple times since May 2012. They are here to remove rodents in attic/crawlspace. They came initially in May for set up of traps, fix holes, and clear animals. The service is for a year. I have called them back a few months later as I heard noises in attic. They are easy to deal with, schedule appointments with adequate openings / good times, and are professional when they come (which can be weekly if the rodents aren't caught!). The price seemed a bit high but I needed it done and didn't have time to shop around. I would use them again though. They are flexible with cancelling and rescheduling appointments.

The treatment is a little expensive but they do offer monthly payments. I'm still trying to determine if it is working, but my fingers are crossed.
Their staff has always been very professional. The technicians always come within the window of time that we set up. They do a lot of things beyond pest control; which makes me wonder if they are keeping up on the most up today pest treatments.

After receiving an estimate on Nov 8, 2010 the work was not started for several weeks. When they did come out the interior work to replace the dryer venting to the outside and buildout a junction box was a complete work of amateurs. They cut a huge hole in the wall (and never finished out the wall repair or repainted) and put a 90 degree metal box that made the air flow worse. You can't pull the dryer out without ripping the box out of the wall. Additionally, the workers were bad mouthing their own company to me and my daughter overheard them bad mouthing me after I left. I sent the workers home and told the company those men were not to return. The exterior work to replace rotted planks and backing on the chimney was done well. They pretty much stripped off everything and rebuilt it. For that work I am very pleased. The replacement of trim around the base of the house that was rotten was quality on the outside but what I discovered was that they were covering up rotten baseboard rather than repairing the damage. Their excuse was that it was not covered under the original estimate. Having confronted their evaluator his response was there was no way they could have known and that he walked the exterior with me and agreed to the work. What I agreed to was that I thought I was hiring a professional and that I was relying on his expertise to find the damage and repair it. If this was my expertise I would not have hired them in the first place. When I walked around the house with him in detail there were obvious places that were rotten (visually and physically) as you could break the wood off by hand. There were at least two window sills that were clearly rotten, eye level, and falling apart. His answer was that I did not point that out to him and agreed to the estimate. After having the evaluator come back out twice to discuss the expectations and remind him of why they were selected over other contractors (at a 40% premium) it was clear to them that they took no responsibility for estimate, expertise, or work to be performed. They were dismissed that day. Now I am left to repair the downspouts they did not reattach and the damage done with washout as well as removing the based boards already completed to determine how much of the rotten wallboard was covered up. I would not recommend them to anyone for interior work and would recommend that any work they perform is supervised by the client for your own confidence that the work is performed properly and with quality and not just masking the issue for problems to occur later.

I felt it was a huge scam and they took advantage of the fact we had a home sale in the balance. Even if we needed it, the system recommended isnt even compatable for the soil type we had, so just overall a complete and total scam.

They are professional, timely, and they do what they say they are going to do. I have not had a problem. I see them every month and if they say they are going to show up, they do. I have been using them for about 5 months.

I was very happy with them as they came out and got the job done right. We have not had any bugs since we had them come out, and it has been awhile now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good pest control service.

They do not spray and they come like clock work. I have not had any problems with termites and the cost for the service is reasonable. They do what they say they are going to do and I will continue to use their services.

Well, their pest control service is okay and their termite service is okay. However when it comes to rodent problems, they are not very good at all. They finally did take care of the problem, but it took forever. They are very nice and all. They just take a lot of time to get what needs to be done. I would probably hire them for pest control again, but not for rodents.

They come once a year like clockwork and do the bombing. They have been doing this for us for five years now and do a very good job. They come when they are supposed to and if we see anything in between visits, they come and take care of it.

Honestly I am not overly happy with the work Arrow has done since installing the system. We have had two attacks and they have been taken care of, but for the kind of very expensive rate I am paying them, you would think I would have no problems anymore. Their attitude isn t the greatest when I speak to them and I wouldn t recommend their services. In fact, I am probably going to use one of their competitors soon.

I think that they do a good job as I do not have any problems with bugs. They are an honest and trustworthy company. They are respectful of our home. They will come out anytime we have a problem free of charge. They always arrive when they say they will.
