 + -1 moreVERY dissatisfied. Now trying to get delivery charge and first months service refunded and having to argue with them.
Description of Work: This is an appliance rental company. I ordered the equipment to be delivered and they couldn't deliver for a week. On the delivery day - they never showed up and didn't call. When I called they said there was an emergency and they had to reschedule. I had to reschedule and they did not show up on that day either. When I called Customer Service I was hung up on when I requested a Supervisor. When I called back the answer I got was "the driver called but you didn't answer". I did not leave my apartment all day. I also have an answering machine and call waiting; no messages...so it was impossible that they called.
