They lied! Two guys showed up, tinkered around in the freezer, said the control board was fried and it was $588 to replace. I've had freezer issues before and that sounded suspicious. I paid them $50 (in cash, they charged a service fee for credit cards) and sent them on their way. The next day I had another company come out. No problems with the control board and they fixed everything for $140. Tried calling them to speak with a manager and the message I received was just "voice mailbox." This is a super shady company! Avoid at all costs!

The guy came and looked at the refrigerator figured out the problem, it was not cooling at all. Then figured what the issue was and fixed it. He was very thorough and worked quickly. Very professional.
