Appliance Repair
I've been using them almost 2 years. Use them. They're very good. Very knowledgeable. The person I had was Igor. He was able to size up the situation, what I needed to have done, and he could tell I was with Angie's List, so he did give me a slight discount. He was very good.

Here is one of the outstanding comments on the 3,or so visit. "Well they will call me when the part comes in. Then I will pick it up and when I have time I will call and schedule another appointment in an open space. Really? Are you a full time employee with this company or a contract worker? Unprofessionalism at it's best! They were HORRIBLE!

"I would like to begin by sayin Appliance Repair Atlanta does not do any warranty work. We do not have any affliation with lowes what so ever, i feel like this is a mistake. Our business number is 404-944-4384 this is the only number we have, please give us a call after the 1st so we can resolve this problem. I need to know the techs name that came to your home if he is workin for more than 1 company and handing our invoices our we need to know. thank you and again we are sorry but we believe this is a total mistake... This repair company then failed to call when parts were to arrive. They did not follow up on phone messages left at the number I was given. And failed to show up for three appointments in a row. On none of the occasions did he call to cancel or say he was running late. Calls to the "office line" are answered unprofessionally like you are calling somebody's residence.

"The Member is correct we showed up on time the same day he called and found his problem quickly, we ordered parts to repair his sub zero but they did not show up on time they were about 14 days late due to a back order. The Member and i spoke and i told him soon as the parts arrived i would call to set an appointment to repair his meachine, as for the office line we are a 24 hour company when he called it was late and i was at home when we spoke. Once the parts came in i never got in touch with the Member again"
