Plumbing
He was very businesslike and did excellent work. He was only scheduled to fix the leaky kitchen sink, but while he was there, he heard the bathroom toilet running (something that I could not hear), but he pointed it out to me - the specific sound it was making - and explained that it was running up my water bill. So, he fixed it and showed me how to replace the flapper the next time it wears out. He also fetched a screw out of the garbage disposal that was causing noise at no charge. His basic service charge was $65 and he charged me $15 to fix the flapper. I thought that was too much, but considering everything he did and the advice he gave me, I guess it was a good deal overall. He seemed to know his trade well, and I would hire him again in the event of future plumbing problems.
