Apple did right by me. I had a good experience dealing with them. They were able to do everything that I needed and I was happy with that. I typically have no need to work with computer people because I have relatives that can do all that. With larger jobs like this, I obviously needed someone to do this work. Now I know I can contact Apple about larger jobs, so I feel good about that.
