Dana and her assistants were excellent. She let me know exactly what I needed to do, when to to do it, was prompt about getting back to me, great about communicating with our veterinarian, kept me reliably posted on our furballs' progress during their flights, and was very accommodating to my numerous questions. Dana was also fantastic for going to a good bit of extra effort to find out about moving a pet species that didn't really have clear rules, and working with us to get through a nonrelated paperwork snafu that created problems for the entire move. Her assistants at CLT and their partner staff at both CLT and EDI Lufthansa cargo were excellent; professional, relaxed, and friendly in the home stretch of a long, tiring process. Our furry family arrived much less stressed than we were expecting. Overall, I didn't feel like an account number, I felt like a team member.

If you need to ship a pet anywhere I think you should strongly consider contacting this company. We would give this experience 5 stars for sure!!! This process took about 5 months from start to finish. Plan well ahead if you are shipping your pet. Lots of details to attend to with your vet, the USDA, the country you are moving to. This was made so much less stressful by the help of this company.
