Michael Klansky and his crew was great from beginning to end. The bathroom design and construction was complicated. Basically I had an unused part of the basement that was used for storage that I could work with, but the sewer line was overhead since its a basement. This I learned would require a sunken tank and pump. Mr. Klansky designed and constructed a gorgeous bathroom that I am very happy coordinates with the decor of that space and the house. project was done when promised and pricing was very competitive.

All work was done when it said it would be done and every day his crew cleaned up the jobsite and were very professional and top quality. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work, but their prices were a little high. Also, they wanted a considerable amount of money up front before any work was done. My response to that was I will pay for work as it is completed. The overall experience turned out very well once we got past a few issues early on.

I would certainly recommend them, just get competing pricing.

He and his crew arrived on time. They were polite, prepared everything with drop clothes, kept dust to a minimum, and work steadily until they were finished. Since I was the general contractor for the project Michael was kind enough to give me his contractor's discount for my light fixtures.

Intricate woodworking, a new front door and a copper roof are the highlights of the new portico designed and built by Michael Klansky of American Eagle General Contractors. The man is a true artist and craftsman.
Along with the construction, he also installed new lighting on the portico and along the front walkway to illuminate the area and make it a true focal point of the house.
This is the 4th project we've contracted with Michael to perform in the past five years, along with a basement remodel, a new roof and a remodeled bathroom. Each has been done perfectly and for the agreed upon price, with minimal upheaval to our daily routine.

I just can't say enough about him. He is very professional, honest, and extremely capable at getting done with the job when he said he would get it done. The best experience I have ever had with home repair work.

Not only is the job done on time, but he and his workers showed up every day, when we had a problem it was addressed immediately. He also guarantees his work for 3 years - how many do this? I cannot say enough good about his work. Screen porch is price shown, huge room. It has tile floor, vaulted ceilings, screens in the front to the floor with a railing. He was very creative, had great ideas. He installed a hose spicket to help with the ease of watering my plants inside. He also made it mildew free, using materials that will not mildew over time.
