They were very accommodating with my schedule, it went great.

Everything turned out well.  Communicating with the company was easy, the gentleman showed on time for the appointment, and the work was done well.  No messes were left behind either.

They were the worst window cleaning company that I have ever used. They did not have the proper equipment and could not open some of the windows. I would never use them again or recommend their service. They were on time and the price was advertised.

It went great. They came out in July or August. I paid a little extra, they cleaned additional types of windows that were not covered in the deal. They did an excellent job.

It worked out fine. I did have to pay more than the deal. They cleaned the number of windows that was on the deal and then I paid for the rest of them. My overall experience with them was good.

That's the one that did a sloppy job. I'm not going to use them again. The main individual that came with a helper wanted to get in and get out. I have high ceilings and tall windows. I know the procedure for cleaning those from fifteen years experience. They didn't bring a ladder for inside. They tried to do it with a long pole. It was a sloppy job. His helper was more interested in doing a good job than he was. The main individual was trying to get the helper to hurry up.

They did a great job.

The overall experience is good. If I had to pay their full price I would not have bought it. It was only because of their promotion. I did not get any additional work done.  I would not use them again at their normal price.

They were nice and even offered to come back out after we called and told them that the windows were not working. The only problem we had was that when we called them to come back out they charged us again after it was their fault that the windows were not working properly when they left the first time.

They were good, just not great.

Overall, they did a good job.

Scheduling was easy as a phone call.
That date was set withing a week of the call.
He was a little late, but a call notified me.
He had all of the equipment.  
All of the services were done as described.
The quality is excellent.

Initial appointment setup went smoothly.  Quality of work was poor, with just an absolute smeared mess on about half of the windows.  Trying to have a conversation with the company about the quality was very difficult.  The person who answered the phone at the California headquarters seemed to genuinely care, but it also seemed like she was the only employee, and she kept having to put me on hold.  The second appointment eventually got scheduled, and the second cleaning improved the situation, but the quality was still not that great.  Yes, the price was good, but given that America's Best was "top rated", I expected an excellent result from the work, despite the fact that it was discounted.

They arrived promptly, looked at what needed to be done and got right down to work

In the future I will send pictures before they arrive or examine the "deal" closer before actually purchasing it.

Window cleaner arrived and was prompt, friendly and professional  EACH small window pane counts as a window, a problem for my very old house.  He did do several extras for me.   However, the main reason I wanted to have windows cleaned was to deal with a kitchen windowed area behind my sink that has 3 side windows and a top glass window -- great for getting in light but the top tends to get dirty -- and I can't get that myself (although can get every other window in my house).  I thought I explained this, but at the end of the day only the sides were done, not the top part which was my primary goal.  So windows looked pretty good overall, but my main reason for the cleaning was not met ...

Everyone in this company is top notch!!  They completely replaced 9 windows  a side door and painted and installed everything and they made sure we were happy before they wanted the last payment.  
Honest and tidy (I am a neat freak) and personable.  I was comfortable with them in my home and if the need arises I would definitely use them again!!

We scheduled it the first time, they cancelled it and said they were having trouble with their crews in the area. We scheduled again and they were supposed to be here between 12-3 and they called at 4 and said they weren't coming. We scheduled again and they didn't show up again. When I called they gave me a multitude of excuses, when I called the office she said that she would have to talk to the crew and they would call me back. They didn't call me back, I called them and they told me that they were discontinuing services in my area and that I could call Angie's List and get a refund.
I am in the process of getting a refund through Angie's List.

I bought this "20 Windows Cleaned for $99" before Christmas and scheduled between then and New Years. Now, after 4 scheduled cleanings, no one showed for any of the cleanings. I talked with the home company each time and they were very nice. But, no service and no cleaning. I want my money back now. The last time I spoke with the company was yesterday 2/5/13 and she stated they have fired the crew who works in the Atlanta area because of "no shows" and are working on hiring more. They need reliable help before offering specials in certain areas. Do not buy from them! I do not know of their reputation in any other geographic areas.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal coupon but was unable to schedule the service, I live in Atlanta, but the phone number for scheduling is a toll-free number with a California address. I should have known better, as I suspect it was nothing more than a call center for independent workers.
The first time I called I got voice mail and left a message. After several days, no one called back. So I called again and this time the phone went unanswered, during business hours on both coasts. Maybe if I kept trying I would reach someone eventually, but I don't have the patience for that. So I'm getting my money back from Angie's List.

The two men came to the door and I told the what I wanted to do only the down stairs windows out side.  They took care of them in a very short time and did a very good job.
