They're excellent! They're better than what I ever expected and they have good prices, too! They're very quick, and when they leave, the house smells so clean.

This is the BEST cleaning company I have ever used. I am SO thrilled with the ladies who come! They work hard and do really thorough cleaning. The first time they do a deep clean which is pretty expensive but includes dusting every knick knack, shelf, corner and crevice in the house. And then as they come back monthly they clean everything but spend extra time on different things each month. Some months I see them take out and dust all my books on bookshelves, another month I might see them clean the inside of my fridge, or dust all the items in my hutch. Most of the ladies seem to be relatives, though at least one worker is an outside the family hire. All are hispanic, but whatever crew comes there's always one who speaks good English. And since I speak some spanish, I love practicing my spanish with them. As I said, these ladies really work the whole time and work hard, not the lackadaisical, ever-changing crews of other companies I've used in the past. One last point: the rates differ depending on whether you supply the cleaning products or not. I prefer to choose what they use and provide the supplies.

Everything went well.

On time, very polite and helpful cleaning crew. When they were done they asked us to do a walkthrough and they redid any areas that were missed. Did an especially good job on the kitchen and bathrooms.

We actually began service with Amaze-U about four years ago and have had to interupt several times due to different circumstances on our part. They began with bi-weekly for several years and we just went to once a month at the end of last year after some major illness setbacks in our family. We had to interupt again this year since we were having remodeling done. We started up again two months ago. Lizeth has been very accomodating in our needs and understands what we are dealing with. This is a big plus. I sent in a report on them several years ago and can only repeat what I said then. They are prompt, do an excellent job and the biggest thing to me is that I trust them completely. They use our products and work in a team of three. We have a new team now since we are back this time and I do miss my ladies, but these also so a good job. I have recommended them to two of my neighbors who now use them as their regular cleaning ladies. The ladies are always polite and leave the house very clean and smelling wonderful. I don't know how I would get by without their help.

The initial visit was $180 and then after that it was $90 a visit. I got it down to once a month since we aren't really messy people and I am in a wheelchair so they are supposed to start coming once a month and the charge will be $110. She does a very thorough job. The lady is really friendly. She doesn't speak a lot of English but enough to understand. She doesn't talk very much because she is working all the time. She is from Poland or somewhere around there. She is scared to death of my cat because she hisses and this is her territory. She does really well and I can't complain because I have allergies and I can't complain. The prices are reasonable. I am in a wheelchair. She is really short and if she can't reach things she will manage. She is always on time and very helpful. Sometimes she stays 6 hours. She is very professional. She is due here next Monday.

I've never had a problem with them.

We've opted to have our house cleaned every three weeks or so, which brings the cost up a little per session, but it's so worth it. Each time, the cleaning crew is a little different; obviously the company has a small army of cleaning people, so whoever's available that day comes over. I've never noticed any difference in quality of the cleaning; regardless of who's actually doing the work, the work is done thoroughly and consistently. We can always rely on a job well done. When they come, either my husband or I are home, so we tell them which area they should start with (upstairs or downstairs), and they accommodate any special requests, such as dusting the contents of a specific cabinet, or letting me know when certain areas are finished so I can shut my cat off in a separate room. they don't hesitate to ask questions. There's never any slacking; they move quickly, assigning jobs to each cleaner, so while one is tackling the office, another is working her way through a bathroom. They are very accommodating to our constantly changing schedules -- we often have to reschedule, and there's never been a problem lining up a later date. In short, I highly recommend Amaze-U as a great and reasonably priced cleaning service.

I actually called back in the fall of 2010 to get prices and was all ready to use AmazeU but had to delay. We have been doing extensive renovating and the place was a MESS. The crew of three came in and made the whole house shine and smell so good and clean. I couldn't even see where we had tracked dirt and debris up and down the hall and stairs anymore! I was able to chat with them when they were done and was thrilled to hear that they would be doing my bi-weekly cleaning too. It's such a relief to be able to communicate so easily. Everytime I send an email with a question, I get an immediate response back. They have been coming for two months now, and I couldn't be happier. They have had to work around our continuing construction and went above and beyond to make things clean again. There has been no slacking, the place still sparkles when they leave. They truly are amazing!

They are just excellent, I couldn't say enough positive things about them. They are so thorough, the clean my screened in porch as well as the kitchen, living room, dinning room, bedrooms and bathrooms. They do vacuum and mop in the kitchen.

Overall, my wife and I have been satisfied and have been using their service over the last year. On occasion, different cleaners have come the the house with some inconsistent results. Amaze-u was responsive to our concerns.

GREAT!!! I am totally satisfied!!! Three ladies came on time and they all worked together on one floor at a time and only took one short lunch break during the time here and I worried that was not enough of a break for all the hard work they were doing. From ceiling to floor and everything in between and I mean, EVERYTHING!!! The only thing I mentioned they did not need to do was cleaning out my frig. (it was too full) and the oven because it is self cleaning. But they did the office frig. and that was a very nice surprise!!! Everything was spotless!! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again. I give them an A+++ . I needed their service and the name of the company is perfect! I am amazed and very happy! Eileen

Three women arrived as scheduled and spent about 3 plus hours going over every room. I supplied the cleaning materials (my choice, for less cost to me). They were thorough yet not what I'd call obsessively meticulous. They asked me to inspect and I did, and pointed out three or four things they had missed. It made me wonder what else they might have missed. They also washed the windows as prearranged. I showed them how to open the double-paned windows so they cd wash from inside, but I think this was a bit scary so they washed outside from ladder. The cleaners were polite, quiet and businesslike, spoke little English. Recently I'd used Cleaning by Joanne (also from Angie's List), who did a deep clean in the spring, and Joanne was better, but since then seems to have disappeared. So I compared the two results. I was happy with Amaze-U but not amazed. Am planning to use for monthly cleaning.

They responded quickly and set up a time to meet. I had a set day I needed them and even though they were booked she managed to fit me in. They were on time and I am shocked that they got so much done in the time they took.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with this service.

Lizeth got back to me immediately after I called. She came to my house to give me an estimate. The ladies who cleaned were on time and worked continuously until they had completed the entire house. The service was excellent. I have hired this service to clean bi-monthly.

Great!!

They did a deep clean when they first came out and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned the refrigerator in and out and just did thorough cleaning of all the surfaces. Their price was reasonable. We have started using them twice a month.

The cleaning went very well. There was one small mix-up at the beginning regarding whether or not the master bedroom was included but it was resolved quickly. There were three ladies that came and cleaned the home. They spent about 4-5 hours working on our house and seemed to clean everything twice. It was surprising (in a good way) how long they spent on each room. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them.

I entrusted this work to be organized and overseen by a friend, since I was out-of-town, so I can only say that she was quite impressed with how things went.
