Apartments
This is a Safety Issue, and my suggestion is do not lease here if you care about your own Safety.
The complex has changed owners and if you need any assistance after the office is closed, like security, or help from staff you may get a call back or be ignored. This apartment complex is all marketing, once you sign the lease and you need any real customer service it seems everyone is out of luck.
You will find out quickly like I did their bad treatment is written into their company policy and your stuck in their lease. It's the worst customer service and rental experience I have ever experienced.
Beware it's all smiles an chipper hello's until you need help or security, then you will feel like an idiot for renting from this complex, this is not a safe place based on the companies policies. You may spend the night on the street trying to contact a locksmith like I did thanks to the management policies for this complex.
