Garbage Collection
Terrible, terrible experience. They delivered the dumpster. Their driver told me to call them when I was ready for them to pick it up. They picked it up three days later without waiting for me to call them like the driver told me to. I hadn't even filled it up yet! They didnt care in the slightest about their horrible customer service since they had already collected my $250 bucks! I offered to pay them half if they could bring it back out and allow me to fill it up completely. They gave me all kinds of robot like answers that deflected responsibility, but none to my satisfaction. Whatever happened to good customer service?!? Run, don't walk away from this haven of horrible customer service. They bring a whole new meaning to the word "waste" in waste management.
