Flooring
RUN! As fast you can. I wish I could upload pictures. I hired Osei for four bathroom Job and the first day after beginning one bathroom (thank God) I became aware that he had no idea what he was doing. 45ft squareft of wasted tile later, I ask Osei to leave. The tile lippage was nearly 5 credit cards width, completely against code, the backboard on the floor was uneven. Mr. Osei tried to cut corners by doting the adhesive on the tile instead of covering the entire wall.
I will be taking Mr. Osei to court to return my deposit. I had another contractor come out to confirm this was a complete mess. Waste of time, money, and energy. Please run!
