ALL STAR FENCE

Our lot is very steep so the ivy removal alone was a huge job. They did a great job with the entire project. They asked many questions before and during the process to make sure we understood exactly what they were able to do to work around several large trees near the fence. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about the trees, as well as the fence construction. I appreciated the effort they took to make sure to maintain the forest in our back yard.

They did a great job! They came out and got it done in one day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent  from beginning to end. I needed my almost an entire side of my fenced moved and repaorte, and had a short deadline to get it done.  From the moment I spoke to Greta and Jim about the problem they were helpful in deciding the best recourse . They sent a man out within the week and got it done in a quick and professional manner. Great company with some really great people working for them .

I'm very happy with All Star.  The owner, Scott, came out to my house a number of times to review the project with me.  The installer, Jim, did a phenomenal job installing the fence.  The project was tricker than we all expected, but All Star went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was satisfied with the job.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

First, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I had to re-schedule a couple of times due to travel and my dogs, and it wasn't a problem at all. I stopped in while they were doing the work, and it was definitely work, and they were doing a great job. They also employed a summer college guy needed work for the summer, a nice gesture, and a nice way for the young guy to see what people who really do physical work for a living do in a day. Just a great, small company who treats the customer well and does a great job.

They contacted my neighbors when they arrived to let them know what they were working on and how long they expected to be there.

All the old concrete and wood was removed, the dirt recovered over the base of posts, and they like dogs. Just as importantly, my two German Shepherds liked them, and they judge character very well. They only bite people who deserve to be bitten for misdeeds in their past.

Scott (the owner) came and look at the damage caused by trees falling onto the fence at different times. Although the fence was still standing, the gate was destroyed and several top sections were bent. He gave me an estimate before he left.
The next day, someone from All Star came to my house and made all repairs. The fence looks great, and nice to have a gate that works again!
Would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence repairs or installations.

They arrived mid-afternoon and set all posts prior to leaving for day. Arrived on time the next morning and by the end of the day we had a completed fence. They were very professional, working without a lot of breaks during the day. Kept the materials in a neat and orderly fashion. Very, very pleased with our experience with All Star Fence.

I found this company by an ad that I had seen while I was driving. They did such a very nice job with the fence and I am very pleased. They showed up on time and the fence looks just great. I would say that they did just about as good as I could have asked for. I would refer them gladly. They were also very nice and respectful.

The office staff and sales person were extremely polite and friendly. The work was OK, but not stellar. The double gate has sagged twice in less than a year and I'll admit that I don't think the sagging is anything they could have controlled, so I would never hold that against them. Although they came out to ''fix'' the sagging gates, it appears the fix consisted of them ripping one of the pickets down so it didn't brush against the adjoining picket. This has resulted in a gap between the pickets and doesn't lend much towards the ''privacy'' aspect of a privacy fence. Cleanup was less than favorable. I found portions of gate hardware thrown into my new landscaping at the back of the yard (20 feet away from the work site). The crew also left a huge mound of dirt and wood pieces outside of one of the gates, almost as if they didn't know what to do with the extra debris and decided to just leave it for me to deal with. That's something I really find unacceptable.
