He has been with us for 10 years. He is doing the same work for the same price for the last 10 years. He is from Columbia and he is very nice and very reasonable. When I had problems and he couldn't show up, I looked around for somebody in the neighborhood and they came and looked at it and they saw that so many bushes were to be trimmed and said, "Oh no, we can't do that, " and this and that. This guy trims all our bushes. No matter what it is he always charges the same $40. When we have people come and look at our lawn and bushes and all that, they say, "Well, we will come every week, we'll charge you $50 or $60. Whether you need the lawn mowing or not, you have to pay us so much every week." But this guy comes every two weeks and sometimes he comes and looks at our lawn and says, "You don't need any lawn mowing today." So he wouldn't even charge. You can't beat that kind of a guy. He does residential, commercial mowing, trimming, blowing, edging. He would pick up all my leaves and all those things. He doesn't speak much English, but his son is now working with him. He speaks English and his name is Joshua. He would even clean my gutters. He never does anything bad. If we tell him, "You do this and you do that," he does that and he wouldn't ask extra penny. The only thing is, sometimes we don't know when he is coming. But we are home all the time anyway.
