Excellent. Each month Beverly from the office calls to schedule an appointment for their service. She and the others in the office are always friendly, helpful and will schedule service around my busy schedule. Sandra comes and sprays, inspects for signs of problems, etc. Sandra has become like a member of my family since I've been using them for over 20 years. I completely trust and rely on Sandra's service and any recommendations she offers. This company is very reliable and dependable !

We have been using Alexander Termite & Pest Control for about the last 20 years. They are excellent and we have recommended them to others.
The pricing is a little bit higher than some others, but the job gets done well. Quality is outstanding!

The spray really works well as far as getting rid of the mosquito's. They are very polite and provide me a copy of what they do when they come. I would highly recommend them.

It's very nice. They had a good deal on it. It was really good. They came out the next week after purchase. They did a really good job. It was pretty efficient. They did what I expected them to do. There was nothing they could have done more. Pricing was a good deal. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My experience with them was good. I thought they did a pretty good job. They came out quarterly. They stayed within the $299 Big Deal purchase price. They came off as pretty reliable. They were there when they said they would be and they seemed pretty responsive on the telephone. The cost was average. It was pretty standard. I would consider using them in the future.

They are currently my pest control provider. I've been using them for the past 15 years. I get the house treated every other month. If I have a problem with pests in between the time of service, they come back do another treatment for free.

We’ve had services that have been better. Everything, including scheduling, was great. They did come back out when I called a couple days later when we indicated we still had mosquitos. We still have mosquitos. They did put up a sign to indicate they had treated and pets and children should stay out of the area for a day.

Sharon was awesome! She was always on time, did a thorough job, and best of all, we noticed a 95% reduction in mosquitos compared to last summer! We have a lot of English Ivy and were impressed that she sprayed all parts of our yard, including the ivy, no questions asked! I would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job and I would consider using them again. I definitely saw some results, but they only came out once a month -- I'd probably see more results if they came out more often. I've used three services and they're about average priced. Scheduling was easy, too. For those in an infested area, you're probably going to need more than one application a month.
