One of the great features of the ADT service is that I can sit in my bedroom and walk all the way through my house here in Atlanta online and make sure that everything is right, and the lights are all off or on when I want them to be. I can control all that. It is truly wonderful to be able to be in Germany and control everything that is going on in this house here in Atlanta. I can start in the kitchen and turn the light on and look around there with the camera. The way I have the camera positioned, I can see everything that possibly be going on in the kitchen. The same is true with the living and dining rooms. I can see the front door and everything with the way the dining room is positioned.

The service man was very personable, and very efficient. He explained everything very well, how to use the system, what the system does. He explained add-ons we can get in the future. We were very pleased. There was a time that the door was opened and the alarm went off. ADT called, and asked us the security questions. It definitely works.

They never had any trouble with receiving my payments. When I moved in 2007, someone else was living in the residence. I did not cut the service off until 2008. I called to cancel the service with them and that I wanted the bank draft to stop. They requested that I send in a written request. I sent in the letter the same day and called my bank to have it stopped. In 2011, I was sent to a collection agency for early termination fees in the amount of $148. They reported me to the credit bureau. They stated that they never received a letter from me. I have been harassed by the credit collection service. They never brought a fee to my attention.

I have had them forever and they are very good and responsive. The system always works and I have never had any trouble with it so far. In fact, once I wanted a new key pad and they came and replaced it very quickly. They automatically deduct the fee from my credit card once a year.

I am happy with the service we've received. The alarm works very well we have never had a problem with it. The price for the monitoring is quite expensive in my taste. They are the premier company in the area and do a pretty good job.

I like this company because I feel safer knowing that someone is there 24/7 if something was to happen. I have found that they have fast service and awesome people to deal with. The security tech arrived at my property on time, installed my system promptly, took time to explain the system to me and answered all my questions. If you are in the market for a security system make sure you give this company a chance to meet your needs.

I really like the fact that I am set up on an automatic bill payment so I don't have to worry about that monthly. I also like that they have not raised their rates in the three years that I have been with them. They respond fast to false alarms. They are also very friendly and helpful when they call back.
