Very happy with the monitoring service personnel and on site techs. The company did however fail to inform me about registering my alarm with law enforcement in Fulton County. I had a false alarm which required officer visit and was subsequently fined. I appealed it successfully but it was frustrating and time consuming. Seems like an easy thing for ADT to do when people sign up for service- just mention the required registration as part of the installation as part of the key pad tutorial.
