They were hours late; even when they told me they were 30 minutes away, it would take them 3 to 4 hours to show up. A one day job turned into a 3 day job. They said they would protect plants around the house, but they damaged or killed hundreds of dollars in plantings. They said they would not loosen any shingle grit because they used very low presssure hoses, but they did damage to several shingles. They promised to repair nail pops, but didn't. They left the windows dirty, even though they said they would clean them. They tore holes in several screens through careless ladder work. Their cleanup after the fact was sub-par. The roof does look clean now, but the experience was awful.
