They called us and scheduled a time to diagnose the problem. They were prompt and got right to work. They quickly identified the issue and resolved everything. I would use again and recommend them without reservation.

I had a tree fall that caused my home to be without electricity for more than 2 days. The electric company told me that they wouldn't connect my power since they needed some approval. 2 other Electric companies gave me quotes that were huge amounts and said it would take 2 days with 2 electricians. James Hill was driving by my property and stopped by as a friendly neighbor and mentioned he was an electrician. He came by late at night as I explained my predicament to him. By next morning he fixed some things and spoke with the electric company and he got me connected back and with power. I cant thank him (and his wife) and "A Bright Way Electric" enough for getting back power to my house and that too at a very reasonable amount. He also helped out 2 of my other neighbors and got them power as well. Will definitely use his services in the future.
