I have now hired an attorney to correct this problem that occured in 2011. This is stil in progess., I would not recommend dtv to anyone.

We were having some trouble with the signal and they basically walked us through some things that we could do inside the house. They suggested some things they could do once they came out and basically my husband settled with some stuff and figured out how to get it work better with they never actually came. We weren't really impressed with the customer service. They were trying to charge us for internal wiring and stuff but my husband figured out something himself and the issue was resolved. We will use them until we find a better option.

They tried to sign me up with a $16.95 promotional rate, but then, when I read the contract, I saw that that rate was not what I would be charged. When I called to cancel the charge, they somehow got my other credit card number, I have no idea how, and charged my other card!
I am expecting refund on both of my cards, but these people are crooks and people should stay away from them.
