Stay far away from them. they. charged me $813 for a box spring and a dining room set. They'll pressure you into paying for services and intimidate you. I called to complain and the lady on the phone seem unbothered and was like what do you want me to do. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!

The service was fine but I had a real problem with their pricing approach. My junk consisted of old deck boards, bike, mower , small lawn appliances and old window screens. I was shown a pricing menu of four different categories and just like a restaurant menu, the guy added one item from each category and quoted ridiculous price of just over $1,000. After balking and getting "approval" from his manager the price came down to $740. My request for an advertised "SPACE 38" refund of $38 was ignored. Again the service was fine, but their initial quote of $1,000 felt like trying to take advantage of a senior citizen and then still overcharged.

These guys are crooks. Stay as far away as possible. They quote one over the phone and change the pricing once they are at your home. They show a complicated table for pricing. Don't honor their initial quote. Initial phone quote was $129. Quote at home was $368. Final price was $200. No receipt. They did not provide a receipt and said since the booking was online, I would get an email. Never got the receipt in email. That's against the law. These guys are crooks of the first order. Stay as far away as possible.

1-800-Got-Junk came out the same day we called. And after a slight misunderstanding regarding the type of material, the issue was resolved with an immediate return phone call and we were able to have the material picked up an disposed of at the agreed upon price. The price was well below what other companies wanted for the same job. The men were helpful, professional, friendly, and able. This is the company I would use the next time I need haul away service.

The cost for 1/4 of the truck volume was $252 and I got a $10 discount for using the online reservation ($242). I feel this is more expensive than I wanted but there is no other way I could get rid of the items I wanted to remove; I cannot move them myself and no charity wants my broken items. Most charities want you to put the items at the curb. No one wants a tube TV at all.

I didn't have a problem with that they removed, or how they did it. The issue I had was the amount they charged, which was about 5x what the initially said. I didn't appreciate being charged so much, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I called to have my washing machine removed and they were completely responsive, cooperative, and professional. The job was quick and the removal team was polite in explaining what was going on as apparently the doorway spacing did not readily permit removal of the unit.
The only caveat is that I don't know if this was got-junk north, south, or this one as I went through the external website and found them (the address on my invoice is: 2546 HYDE MANOR DR NW, ATLANTA, GA 30327). However, I'd definitely check angies first next time as apparently I could have saved a few more dollars.

They were fantastic. We had made arrangements with the Trash company to do a special pick up but they did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. I called and they said they couldn't come out for a few days. I looked up 1-800-got-Junk on Angies list and called them. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the amount and type of junk I described. They arrived on time at 8am the next morning, they picked up all the junk. They carried everything and then swept out the garage where all the junk had been sitting. Great company! Great job!

This was my first time using this company and the overall experience was excellent. They were polite on the phone and in person as well as professional and on time. Even the truck was clean and reflected well on the business. There is not a lot to tell: -I called and set an appointment. It went smoothly. -They called several days ahead to confirm the appointment -They called the day of the appointment to confirm the pick up window -They called when they were on the way and they arrived literally within minutes of the appointment time. -They loaded the items, gave me a receipt, a coupon for the next time if needed and left It was all very easy and they did what was expected.

At 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday, I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they had a truck at my house by 5:00. The price was a little higher than I expected, but it was still fair. Without question, I will use them again.

My boyfriend had a TON of junk that he had accumulated over the years and we needed to get rid of it to make room for me! They came in and took all of the junk out of the garage and a couple of rooms inside the house as well as sweeping up mess left behind. We filled an entire truck so it was a bit more than we anticipated but worth every penny!

I called I-800-Got-Junk? on a Friday morning about scheduling an appointment for pick-up of junk collected and stored in my garage. The service rep that took my call explained in detail what they would and would not collect, their pricing structure and how they would complete their services. They were available to come out that day (within the next two hours) and make the pick up. The driver called about half an hour before they arrived to confirm the appointment. The truck arrived with two men and the driver explained again their pricing structure and after looking at what I wanted to junk, confirmed a price with me. I agreed to the price and they immediately began loading the junk. It took less than 20 minutes to load everything. We completed the paperwork and I paid the driver. That was it! I was thrilled to have the job taken care of in a quarter of the time it would have taken me alone to do. Could I have hauled my junk to the dump? Probably, but with a lot of time, effort and aggravation. I-800-Got-Junk? made the entire experience effortless, easy and I was delighted to have a clean, neat garage back after the junk was gone!

Setting up the appointment online was a breeze and they sent a confirmation email right away. As advertised, the driver called me about 1/2 hour before the appointed time letting me know they were on the way. When they arrived, both men were friendly, courteous, and ready to get to work. I must say that I was very impressed with the skill these men demonstrated as they deftly moved a very heavy sleeper sofa from the bonus room over the garage down the main stairs and out the front door. They managed to exit the house without leaving marks on the walls, doors, or floors. I highly recommend 1-800-Got-Junk for your hauling needs and I would definitely use them again.
