They accepted order with delivery expected on day requested. I received notice that delivery failed, but they would continue trying until delivery made. . On further inquiry was told to provide more info. ( which if they had any competence they would know they already had). Was finally told they had no affiliated businesses in area. (I'm sure they do). They offered nothing above and beyond except a belated shipment from a non local source. I refused. Why not tell me at get-go they had no local source instead of an encouraging "will continue to attempt delivery"? During a time of loss, when messages from afar offering comfort are mishandled in a governmentally bureaucratic fashion, it is very disturbing to me. I will never use them again

I was not happy with the way they do business physically.  I was okay with the price, but then the date I wanted it to be shipped, their shipping was out of place.  I had to wait like three days after her surgery to have it to be delivered.  The cost of shipping was going to be almost same as the flowers, so it was crazy.  I couldn't send it for 3 or 4 days without having to pay tremendous money for the shipping.  It was not a holiday, so I don't know why.  They told me about it when I was ordering.  I will not recommend them because they charging so much for the delivery are a ploy to get more money.  If we manage to know two weeks before when to be delivered, then we may not have to pay a lot; but if we tell them 4-5 days before the delivery then forget it.
