We specialize in cleaning area rugs, we can get rig of pet urine issues, or odor issues, over 50 years in the rug business and we do not ask for payment until you are returned your rug cleaned and refreshed. Every rug will be thoroughly inspected before returning to the client, with a minimum purchase requirement we will either come to service the rug at your home or there will always be free pick up and delivery of the rug if we fully submerge it. You will be satisfied completely before you are ever asked to pay a dime. This is a family business that has been in the rug business for a long time, now being brought to the general public verses dealing with the rug dealers.

Two weeks later, the rug is returned. It smelled EXACTLY like it did when we sent it out. AND there was dirt, grim and a cockroach wing on the rug. The fringes looked like they hadn?t been touched, except where they were broken off. The fringe wasn?t ripped when it left. The guy who brought the rug back said he would call the office and let them know I wasn?t happy. They offered to take the rug back and reclean it. I said fine but said I was hesitant to let them take it again because it seemed like nothing had been done the first time. The guy just said I understand, I understand?.and took the rug.
A week later, the rug is returned. Yep, still smells and has ?stuff? all over it again. I made it clear that I wasn?t happy but was asked how I would be paying. Nothing was offered to ?make it right?. After 10 minutes in the house, the rug was starting stink up place. I ended up getting a fan and opening up all the windows, in front of the guy who delivered the rug. Nothing but ?ok, sign here?. As soon as the guy left, I called Ed, the owner and left a message. The next day, I called again, and left another message. I called later than day and left yet another message. Nothing.
To date, I?ve not heard one thing from this company on why my rug still stinks. I paid for nothing. The rug was cleaner when it left, than when it returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you like to throw away money.
