I enjoyed it. I think I've been there at least 10 years. In the last 5 or 6, I've been getting at least 100 times a year so its been a good experience. I'll probably use them again within the next two days.

You can get to use office facilities. They're excellent. It's more of a family type. Everybody there knows you. They're the best. What I've seen was great though, I don't have any problems at all.

It is convenient. They offer a huge range of activities and classes. The price is reasonable. The people are friendly. The classes are challenging and not overly challenging.

I like the YWCO. It definitely isn't the place for someone looking for modern luxuries though. It's been about a year since I was a member so some things might be different.
Most of the equipment had plenty of miles on it but everything seemed to work fine. The same sauna has probably been in use and un-upgraded since the 70s, but I can verify that it still gets you hot.
If you are looking for a place to exercise and be pampered then the YWCO isn't it. If you're looking for a convenient place that offers some basic exercise options and a pool then the YW is a reasonable eastside choice.

The building was built in 1978 and it has just gone trough a remodel. There are a lot of classes and options. It is a good community resource. The crowd is a little older and attracts more of the pre and post retirement ages. They also do things for young children. I haven't been too impressed with their website. It is not a great website. It is very close to where we live and it is reasonably priced. They have good instructors and everything that works there is very friendly.
