Mr. Wolf's work in my condo took place in June and July 2012 and all went very well.
 Mr. Wolf is knowledgable about many different types of home repairs. I found his work to be excellent and his prices were very reasonable.

Things went well. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work performed.

Initially, I rehired Christian for interior painting for my rental property. Once Christian saw the damage done by previous renters, he fixed those issues as well. There were holes in the walls, plaster falling off the walls, and much more. As Christian started began to work on what I hired him to do, he ended up fixing A LOT more. Actually, Christian brought things to my attention I would have never known needed to be fixed. Christian is honest and professional. He pays attention to detail and his completed work is outstanding. I always get more than what I pay for with Christian. He's worth every penny and more. Some contractors tend to be cheap in their price but they are also cheap in their work. I ended up spending more than estimated only because Christian did a lot more work than estimated. Again, he fixed many things I didn't notice; therefore, I expected to pay more. Christian performs top notch work. My advice, if you choose to hire Christian, please have patience - Not because he's slow or a procrastinator but because it takes time to do the quality work performed by Christian.

We are very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, trustworthiness, cleanliness and customer service along with the overall value of the work performed. We will continue to use Christian to complete additional work needed to finish our basement. We have hired many contractors to work on our home and have never been more impressed with the entire project and he is very affordable. Christian is very attentive and extremely conscientious keeping us informed every step of the way so there were never any surprises. He communicates with me on arrival times and project completions and he can always be reached by phone. Plus Christian works weekends, whatever it takes to get the job done, while also making suggestions to ensure a superior end result. He even found where a previous contractor made a huge mistake in the wiring of our HVAC system which would have resulted in very costly repairs. We feel very at ease with having Christian and his crew in our home with our 4 small children. We have complete confidence in Christian s abilities and attention to detail.

I have worked with many contractors over the years, but this was the best experience I have had to date. Christian is honest and fair. He has a great eye for detail, and made many suggestions for changes to the project which all made for a better final installation (He did not charge for these changes, he stated "this is the right way to do this"). Christian is meticulous in his approach, and delivers excellent finished work. He ran into several unpredictable obstacles over the course of the job, but he did not let these have a negative impact on the timing or cost of the job. (He worked 2 Saturdays to keep the job on schedule.) Christian is also the neatest contractor I have ever worked with, and he did a great job making sure the house was cleaner then when he started the work. I will definitely try to use him on other remodeling projects I am planning for.

Christian Wolf is professional and personable. Most times I can detect shadiness and Christian never gave me that feeling. I was right on with him because he did an awesome job. Christian doesn't cut corners just to rush the job and collect money. He truly cares about his work and it shows in the end result. If Christian builds, replaces, or repairs something in your house, it's done right...the first time. As well, if there are additional repairs needed that are uncovered while working, Christian will tell you and show you the issue. It may cost more money in the long run but it's money well spent. I've also used Christian for smaller jobs here and there and, again, he's done a great job. Trust is major with me and I trust Christian. In the future, If I have any work needed on my personal home or rental, I will always call Christian first. I wish I had written a report on Wolf Development sooner than today. Maybe someone could have used his services from my experience. Again, Christian is honest, professional, and personable.

Bathroom looks great. They are sticklers for detail and quality. In fact, owner pointed out things that needed to be done aesthetically that I didn't realize. Since our house is old and previous renovation techniques questionable, there are always challenges, but they went the extra mile to make sure things shored up and looked good. In particularly, owner is very good at communicating during the job as things come up. Always offering options. I felt totally comfortable with workers in my home. Always very courteous. Job was completed on budget!!

The job went wonderfully. They used new products that saved me money which allowed me to put in granite counter tops and hardwood floors instead of carpet and laminate. They met with the building inspectors and consulted with an architect to correct the damage done by the first contractors. I would trust them enough to recommend them to my family and friends. They are currently working on my parents house!
