I chose them because they had a transferable warranty, and the closest competitor's warranty was only with the purchaser. Two of the windows are difficult to open, but the quality is how I was told it would be. They did accidently replaced the shutters wrong, but they did offer to come fix it. I'm very pleased with the product.
