I don't like Verizon Wireless. In comparing it with every other service, it meets our needs, not necessarily everybody else's. We travel, and Verizon has the best coverage so we don't have to worry when we travel. That also resolves the issue of safety when you are using the internet because it is a secure system. I dealt with Customer Service once when there was a battery malfunction. They were very accommodating and sent me a free battery. I haven't told them this yet but the battery didn't fit. It was probably a cheaper one than what came with it originally. When I tried to put it in there I had to force it in to the slot and then when I got it in, the battery didn't run it. I checked the battery with the voltmeter and found the old battery registered enough voltage so I snapped it back in again and it worked fine. I still have the one they mailed to me, but it was a terrible fit. I thought they were a little cheap on that. The diagnosis wasn't too good! We have a 5 gig limit on the Internet which is not really enough.
