 + -1 moreWe had a contract with the Grounds Guys for 2 years and they worked out great. Very punctual, good services, professional. This December we stopped receiving invoices. In January I called to get an invoice sent so I could pay it. I finally got a reply 2 weeks later that they would be sending an invoice. I never received the invoice and in the month of February I called and emailed them 6 times with no response. We eventually stopped trying to track them down (you shouldn't have to chase a company to pay your bill...), haven't heard from them, and assumed they went out of business or something. We still don't know what happened.
Description of Work: Regular, continuous lawn care. Mowing, trimming edges, seasonal clean up, etc.

 + -1 moreThey do other things, but they just do mowing for me every two weeks. They are pretty good, except they didn't check the yard first before opening the gate when I was out there with the dog.
Description of Work: I use Grounds Guys for lawn service. They just do mowing.
