We had a contract with the Grounds Guys for 2 years and they worked out great. Very punctual, good services, professional. This December we stopped receiving invoices. In January I called to get an invoice sent so I could pay it. I finally got a reply 2 weeks later that they would be sending an invoice. I never received the invoice and in the month of February I called and emailed them 6 times with no response. We eventually stopped trying to track them down (you shouldn't have to chase a company to pay your bill...), haven't heard from them, and assumed they went out of business or something. We still don't know what happened.

Yes, I recommend this pro
They do other things, but they just do mowing for me every two weeks. They are pretty good, except they didn't check the yard first before opening the gate when I was out there with the dog.
