He is very unprofessional and never finishes a job or pays his employees

Terrible. Would not ever recommend.

I agree with the other reviewer who warned, "Stay away from this company!" Our general contractor hired Precision Masonry (John and his crew) to do the hardscaping portion of our project, and there were multiple days when he did not show up when he said he would and/or did not show up at all, all while demanding that our GC pay him for unfinished work. Ultimately, our GC had to fire John and hire someone else to complete the work he had started, which delayed our project's completion and created a lot of stress for us. Precision Masonry (John) is extremely unprofessional and does not behave like a reasonable, reputable business.

Horrible. John took my money and never completed the job. Stay away from this company.

John Barrow is the owner. His father started the business and he is now running it. He took my money and then waited 7 weeks to call me back to schedule. I thought he had taken my money. His prices are high and his work is not very good quality. Also, when I notified him of the problem, he did not respond.

Unfortunately, as requested, we paid the full amount the day they were finished. Cracks showed up the next day. We were promised by John Barrow that they would fix them and actually at one point, a worker came and cut (crooked) through the concrete near 2 of  the cracks but nothing has been done since. John Barrow was difficult to be reached right after the job was finished (but not before, of course, when he wanted the business), he now does not answer emails or phone calls at all. So now we not only have the cracks but also a cut through the concrete.
In addition, they never cleaned up.

The job started out well but Precision dragged the job out for weeks and most all of the attempts to reach him failed.  If we did reach him, and they showed up ---it was a feeble crew that did not get things finished.   The homeowners moved in and the walls and rock work were unfinished.    We finished work with another mason.
