I put in a request late in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next day. He wanted to make sure that my garage door was safe as I await the install of a new door. He secured all the bolts in a short amount of time and explained what he was doing. He also thoroughly explained what a new door install would entail. I'm very pleased with the work and customer service.
