Phone Service - Cellular
I have been dealing with these guys for quite a few years now. I took my Samsung Note 2 Phone in as I was having problems with its memory. They talked to me about what I needed to do. They could have backed up my phone on a laptop and taken care of it there, but they informed me that it is better practice to bring my own machine in and they would back up to it and then restore and tell me how to better manage my space. I came back the next day, they immediately greeted me by my name, told me exactly how long it would take and noted I could wait or comeback. They are always friendly, patient, very knowledgeable. Because of their exceptional service, I will continue using them.
